hi Frank squeak after, wash but click.my guess is front pulley loose.if you can stick your finger in 1 of the slots in cover see if you get even slightest movement from pulley.I did have this twice so i removed the washer and retightend,has never happened again.as WD SAID REMEMBER REVERSE THREADS.OH BE CAREFUL NOT TO CUT FINGER ON PULLEY AS EDGES ARE SHARP.KTRSD GIRO
